BOXING STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES

An awareness of your maximum strength and power in relation to boxing is provided. The goal of this lesson is to reduce the number of injuries that can occur from repeated motion, as well as to improve optimal human performance to help you excel in and out of the ring. Our mission is to assist the boxing world evolve in terms of how we think about training and how we practice. In this hour, you’ll work on hip power and strength, back strength and power, and, most significantly, anaerobic lactic acid system training.
