GROUP CLASSES

Warm-up and shadow boxing techniques, good stance and footwork training, pad and punching bag exercises, accurate form and timing, and simulated sparring are all essential boxing foundations. Jumping rope, core/abdominal workout, strength/plyometric circuit training (e.g., squats, push-ups, box jumps, barbell/kettlebell exercises, tire flips, resistance band training, and more) provide a full-body strength and cardio workout.
